Lately I've been thinking a lot about customer reviews. We have great customers and they love what we do for them — and tell us about it all the time. We are definitely making a difference in their bottom line and it's fun to realize we are helping them build their businesses. So, with all this good-vibe stuff going on, why haven't we taken the time to ask for more reviews?
